About SES Electrical Contractors

SES Electrical Contractors are an NICEIC-approved contractor based in Chiswick. We work across West and Central London and the surrounding areas for landlords, businesses, property managers, and homeowners who want electrical and fire safety work done properly and explained plainly.

Being NICEIC-approved means our work is regularly assessed against the current wiring regulations, and we can issue the correct certification to ensure all our clients and their properties are compliant.

What we focus on

Over the years we've deliberately narrowed down what we take on. We'd rather do a smaller number of things really well than stretch ourselves thin, so today SES is built around four areas:

• Fire safety & compliance — fire alarms, emergency lighting, extinguishers and EICRs, installed, serviced and certified so your building stays compliant.
• Commercial electrical service & repair — fault finding, lighting, supplies, containment and compliance remedials for London businesses.
• Tightly scoped residential repairs — a clear list of home jobs we do well, from fault finding and fuse board replacement to downlights, extractor fans and smoke alarms.
• Churches & places of worship — specialist, respectful experience with older and community buildings that need a careful hand.

If a job falls outside that — a full rewire, an extension, a new-build install — we'll say so honestly rather than take it on regardless, and where we can we'll point you towards someone who's a better fit.
