Fire safety and commercial compliance are our main focus, but domestic work remains an important part of what we do — and many of our homeowners have been with us for years. We bring the same standards to a house as we do to a managed building: work done properly, to current regulations, and certified where it needs to be.

Safety and compliance first

We're an NICEIC-approved contractor, which means our work is regularly assessed against the current wiring regulations, BS 7671, and we can issue the correct certification for notifiable work — a new consumer unit, for instance.
