What areas do you cover?
We cover West and Central London — Chiswick, Ealing, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Richmond and many surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether you're in our patch, send us a quick request and we'll let you know.
Are you NICEIC approved?
Yes. We're a NICEIC-approved contractor, so our work is regularly assessed against the current wiring regulations and we can issue the certificates that landlords, insurers and fire officers ask for.
Do you do domestic rewires or new installations?
We focus on repairs, compliance and fire safety rather than full rewires, extensions or new-build installs. If that's what you need we'll tell you honestly and, where we can, point you towards someone who's a better fit.
How does an EICR work?
We test your wiring and give you a clear report on what's safe, what needs attention and what your options are. Anything urgent is flagged plainly, and we'll talk you through any remedial work before we do it — no surprises.
Can you service our fire alarm and emergency lighting each year?
Yes. We service fire alarms, emergency lighting and extinguishers, and we can set up regular visits so your certificates stay in date without you having to chase us.
