Fire safety is our primary focus. We design, install, test and maintain fire alarm systems and emergency lighting for commercial and managed buildings — with the servicing, digital logbooks and certificates that help you meet your fire-safety duties and maintain the records expected by insurers, assessors and enforcing authorities. It's the heart of what we do, and where most of our clients start.

We also provide 24/7 fire alarm monitoring through the EMCS Alarm Receiving Centre using CSL single and dual-path signalling, and — where it's included in your plan — a digital fire-alarm logbook with cloud access, so testing, servicing, faults and remedial work sit in one place for each building.

Electrical compliance & maintenance

Alongside fire, we keep your electrical installation safe and certified. That means Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), planned maintenance, remedial works to clear anything an inspection flags, and thermographic (thermal imaging) surveys that catch hot spots before they fail. Having one contractor handle both fire and electrical compliance means fewer diaries to juggle and nothing slipping through the gaps.
